Temporary role – 1 year, with possible extension
Technobis is seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Associate to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately one year, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, you will take ownership of a broad range of marketing activities that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across our international B2B markets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage content, campaigns, workshops, and digital channels, ensuring consistency, continuity, and high quality across all marketing initiatives.
This position is ideally suited for a marketing professional who enjoys combining execution with coordination, thrives in a technical and innovative environment, and is comfortable managing multiple projects within a globally oriented organization.

- HBO/BA/BSc, preferably in a Marketing, Public Relations, Commercial Economics or Business discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience working in marketing and or communications as marketing specialist, preferably in a B2B-environment
- Excellent project management and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing. Because of the international character of our organization and business English is the main language.
- Effective communicator with excellent planning and organizational skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely both with internal and external stakeholders
- Reliable, resourceful, pragmatic, and readily adaptable to changing circumstances.
- The wish to work in an agile, global, team-focused organization
- A strong eye for detail
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient with WordPress website CMS and social media platforms LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience with newsletter platforms (e.g. Zoho Marketing Automation, MailChimp etc.)
- Preferably some experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho CRM, HubSpot etc.)
- Preferably some experience with design tools (e.g. Figma, Canva etc.) and video editing.
- Preferably some experience with webinar platforms (e.g. Zoho Webinar, GoToWebinar etc.)
- Familiar with graphic design terminology and the production process for brand and marketing materials (e.g. flyers, brochures, event booths, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Content development and distribution of the monthly company newsletter
- Develop content for LinkedIn and maintain a regular posting calendar
- Organize and promote Technobis webinars by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Promote and support the organization of Technobis user workshops (multiple events per year)
- Coordinate marketing activities with third-party industry publishers to support brand awareness and lead generation
- Update the website content, including product updates, news, etc.
- Coordinate the development of brand and marketing materials as needed (flyers, brochures, event booths etc.) with the external graphic design agency
- Support the scientific team with creating video tutorials for customers
- Monitor the ongoing paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) together with the external digital marketing agency
About the role
This is a temporary position with a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension.
The role is part-time (4 days per week), with a hybrid working model: 2 - 3 days per week in the office, and the remaining days working remotely.
Start time: 1st of April 2026
This role is based in The Netherlands. Our office is in Alkmaar.
